“Christopher Bollas’ writings is rife with openings to other ways of knowing such as those coming from anthropology, philosophy, and literature. Even his theoretical works on psychoanalysis are often guided by a literary-poetic bias, something that contributes with the movements of transposing those shut doors which contain the classical thoughts and discussions in the psychoanalytical field.
